Your personal data in the form of identity, communication and transaction security are collected electronically by automated means and in written form from you or third parties, and processed by us, Tamaris Turizm Anonim Şirketi (“Company”), as the data controller within the scope defined below as per the Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK no. 6698”).

Procedures and Principles of Application

As a data subject, you can submit your requests concerning your rights under the Article 11 of the KVKK No. 6698 by filling an Application Form on the Protection of Personal Data available on our website at www.novotelistanbulzeytinburnu.com/tr, or by filing an application by the following means fulfilling the minimum conditions set in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to Data Controllers. Your application shall be finalized as soon as possible and in any case no later than thirty days depending on the nature of your request. However, if the action requires an additional cost, the set fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board of the Company shall apply.
